These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CirqTap website, waitlist, and — once available — the CirqTap device and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by CirqTap (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CirqTap is a physical NFC key and companion software designed to add intentional friction between you and the apps that pull at you. The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. Features, pricing, and availability described on this website are indicative and may change before general availability.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us notify you about early access, launch dates, and product updates. Adding your email creates no obligation to purchase and no guarantee of a device, a price, or a delivery date. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@cirqtap.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service or join the waitlist. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

submit false, misleading, or someone else’s personal information;
attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The CirqTap name, logo, website content, and designs are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pre-launch information will remain accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CirqTap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
